Delivered to your door

We deliver the majority of our goods within 10 to 14 Days in our own vans or via courier depending on customers needs, our drivers are helpful and will place items if requested.

Items we cannot deliver ourselves because they are not on one of our routes at that time are delivered by courier and will come in a box, please check the box before signing.

Couriers are only contracted to do doorstep deliveries

Where deliveries are not on our core areas (see map) routes or in areas where we have no other deliveries we will use Parcel force a  for the majority of these, they are only contracted to do a doorstep delivery and are under no obligation to place items

For Northern Ireland, The Highlands (AB code and above) The English and Scottish Islands delivery time is up to 14 days and carries a surcharge.

Our Sales team will contact the customer throughout this process. It is important to leave a mobile contact number to facilitate this running smoothly.

Contact from our manufacturing plant and dispatch is by email and the delivery team/drivers will give a more localized time by telephone.

We use 1 man delivery vans so where a heavy item or awkward item is to be delivered the customer will have to provide assistance.

When we are delivering Items in our own vans we use a 1 man delivery, assistance may be required. If the item is to be taken into the house then we do not accept responsibility for any damage occurred within the property, It is the recipients responsibility to negate the risk of any damage occurring on their property by moving items that could be damaged on route to the final destination of the furniture. Where permanent items such as walkways, door entrances, carpets and fittings are at risk they should be protected by a temporary covering. If you do not agree with this then please ask our driver to leave the item at the door
